Re-Training

Re-Training

After the rehabilitation process in the acute and subacute phases, and once the patient has reached a phase of knee homeostasis and an adequate range of joint flexion-extension, it is possible to start a re-training phase.

During the entire first phase, in fact, the patient may have a situation of muscle degeneration with loss of mass and reduction of the general state of fitness, and it is therefore essential to plan a personalized training and reconditioning plan.

It is possible to plan and monitor the progress of the re-training phase through periodic Telehealth sessions.
